Terms of Service

1. Service

NovauPtile designs, builds and maintains custom GPT assistants for e-commerce stores. The scope of each package is described on our pricing page and at checkout.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are fixed, in USD, and charged once at checkout. Applicable taxes are shown before you pay.

• Pilot (1 month): $15.00
• Season (3 months): $40.00
• Half-year (6 months): $55.00
• Year (1 year): $80.00
• Two-year (2 years): $140.00

3. Delivery

This is a digital service — nothing is shipped. After payment we contact you by email to collect your store details, then deliver the GPT as a website widget and embed code. Your coverage window starts on delivery.

4. Your responsibilities

You confirm you have the right to share the store content, product data and policies you provide, and that you will not use the GPT for unlawful, misleading or harmful purposes.

5. Refunds

Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

6. Limitation of liability

AI answers may occasionally be inaccurate. You remain responsible for reviewing the information your store provides to customers. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the package.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the version shown when you paid applies to your order.
